Soil

The vineyards are set on soils with a medium heavy composition and a calcareous tendency. The plantations are located at an altitude between 300 and 500 m above sea level, with a south-southwest exposure. The training system is a simple guyot, with 5500 vines per hectare.

Harvest

The 2018 vintage is characterized by a rainy and cold winter, a rainy but mild spring, and a warm but not too dry summer. The harvest begins on August 20, with an average yield per hectare of 6400 kilograms of grapes, equivalent to 4350 liters of wine. (Wine yield 68%)
