The vineyards are located on medium-textured soils with a tendency to be calcareous. The vineyards are situated at an altitude between 300 and 500 meters above sea level, with a south-southwest exposure. The training system is simple Guyot, with a planting density of 5500 vines per hectare.

Harvest
The 2019 vintage is characterized by a winter with not too cold temperatures, a spring with peaks of very hot temperatures, and a very hot and dry summer. The harvest begins on August 20, with an average yield per hectare of 6400 kilograms of grapes, equivalent to 4350 liters of wine. (Wine yield 68%).
