The vineyards stand on soils with a medium texture composition, with a tendency towards limestone. The vineyard altitudes range between 300 and 500 meters above sea level, with a South South-West exposure. The training system is a simple guyot, with 5500 vines per hectare.

Harvest

The 2019 vintage is characterized by a winter with not too cold temperatures, a spring with peaks of very hot temperatures, and a very hot and dry summer. The harvest begins on August 5, with an average yield per hectare of 6000 kilograms of grapes, equivalent to 3300 liters of wine. (Wine yield 55%).
